About The Position

Goldbelt APEX, part of the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, is a data-focused company dedicated to process and quality. The company builds systems that help healthcare organizations communicate and exchange data across systems and devices. Goldbelt APEX is seeking a Financial Management Functional Team Lead to lead financial management support across PAE MP. This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Travel may be required up to 20%.

Requirements

Knowledge of DoD PPBE.
Knowledge of RDT&E, Procurement, and O&M appropriations.
Experience with budget execution and financial analysis.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience preparing financial reports for senior Government leadership.
Experience with cost estimating and acquisition financial documentation.
Proficiency with ACEIT.
Ability to develop financial schedules and support lifecycle cost estimating.
Experience with budget formulation, execution, obligation and disbursement analysis, and spend plans.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Nice To Haves

Current or recent PAE MP or DHA financial management incumbent.
GFEBS experience.
Experience with MDAPT, PTS, CBE, PCAN, CCaR, ECAT, TEWLS, and/or PIEE.
DHA/Army medical acquisition financial management experience.
Experience supporting POM/SPAR cycles.

Responsibilities

Lead financial management support across PAE MP.
Support PPBE, SPAR, POM development, spend plans, budget formulation and justification, budget execution, and obligation and disbursement tracking.
Reconcile financial appropriations and develop financial reports for senior leadership.
Support LCCEs, LCSPs, financial schedules, IGCEs, acquisition packages, and fiscal risk reviews.
Lead and coordinate the financial support team and standardize processes across PMOs.
