Oracle Learning Management Cloud Functional Lead
About The Position
The Oracle Learning Management Cloud Functional Lead is responsible for end-to-end solution design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Learning Management Cloud (OLC). The role serves as a functional expert and client advisor, supporting learning transformation and compliance enablement. This is a remote position. The lead guides functional design and implementation, gathers requirements, designs solutions, configures learning capabilities, and establishes learning architecture and governance. The role also supports data migration, integrations, reporting, testing, go-live, and post-launch hypercare, while providing guidance on HDL, extracts, and integrations.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in Oracle HCM or HR technology.
- 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant or Lead roles.
- At least 3 Oracle Learning Cloud implementations.
- Experience with global implementations and full lifecycle delivery.
- Strong exposure to Learning & Development business processes and compliance training and certification processes.
- Proven client-facing experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Learning Cloud, including catalog, certifications, and ILT/VILT.
- Strong understanding of native Core HR, Talent, and Recruiting integration.
- Working knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Strong reporting and analytics capability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong client engagement and advisory capability.
- Ability to lead workshops and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in team leadership and delivery governance.

Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Learning Cloud.
- Conduct requirements-gathering workshops and solution design.
- Configure catalogs, courses, offerings, certifications, and learning journeys.
- Define learning architecture and governance frameworks.
- Manage data migration and native integrations with Core HR and Talent.
- Define and establish integrations with third-party content providers.
- Design OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reports.
- Lead SIT/UAT, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Provide guidance on HDL, extracts, and integrations.
- Lead workshops, engage with clients, and influence stakeholders.
- Support team leadership and delivery governance.
