Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Proven expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial analysis.
Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills and proficiency with accounting systems.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking full ownership of the financial function in a change-friendly environment.
Exceptional ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-financial teams.

Nice To Haves

CPA designation is considered a strong asset.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-channel sales is a major plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with the CEO on annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and financial planning.
Oversee full-cycle accounting, including month-end and year-end closes for both Canadian and U.S. entities.
Identify cost-optimization opportunities, improve margins, and analyze performance across all customer segments.
Strengthen internal controls, manage cross-border tax compliance, and continuously improve financial workflows and SOPs.
Own cash flow forecasting and oversee working capital cycles to ensure operational needs are met.
