Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Target Graduation: December 2026 or May 2027
  • Ability to travel throughout North America during the program and relocate upon program completion
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Support various finance departments within our America’s North Division, such as Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Plant Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Potentially support other global and regional finance teams as opportunities arise.
  • Take on deep-dive assignments tailored to development goals and organizational needs.
  • Perform standardized or routine professional accounting and financial analysis work for America’s North Operations.
  • Compile, consolidate, and analyze financial data related to operations.
  • Support plant finance, working closely with the plant controller on the financial aspects of the operation.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing, and Sarbanes-Oxley reporting and execution.
  • Review general ledgers, prepare journal entries, and perform fixed asset, inventory, and cost accounting.
  • Provide timely pricing and profitability analysis to sales, marketing, and financial stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts to meet the various forecasting needs within America’s North Finance.
  • Own the operating expense forecast and coordinate with Plant Finance related to plant metrics.
  • Validate management testing associated with the Sarbanes-Oxley internal control requirements.
  • Participate in the execution of plant, division and corporate audits.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of various audit projects with the objectives of assessing the design and effectiveness of internal controls and validating the accuracy of account balances.
