The role is ideal for someone with at least 7 years of experience in accounting or ERP systems, particularly Aderant accounting software, SQL, and PowerBI. Proficiency in Aderant Classic and Aderant Expert user interfaces and table structures is required. The position combines HRIS experience with financial acumen and offers an opportunity to advance in project and change management. It serves as a union of accounting, IS, and business administration, responsible for the administration, organization, and strategic support of Benesch's financial systems, with a primary focus on the Aderant Expert financial system. The role leads the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all financial technology, workflow automation solutions, and financial data critical to Benesch's operations, acting as a liaison between Finance and the Technology team.
