Benesch is seeking a Financial IS Systems Manager for their Chicago office. This is a hybrid position with work from home flexibility. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in accounting or ERP systems, with specific experience in Aderant accounting software, SQL, and PowerBI. Proficiency in Aderant Classic and Aderant Expert user interfaces and table structures is required. This role combines HRIS experience with financial acumen and offers an opportunity to advance in project and change management. The Financial IS Systems Manager is responsible for the administration, organization, and strategic support of Benesch's financial systems, primarily the Aderant Expert financial system. This position leads the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all Financial technology, workflow automation solutions, and financial data critical to Benesch's operations, acting as a liaison between Finance and the Technology team.
