Requirements
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Ability to connect with people and provide outstanding experiences
- Willingness to recommend helpful products and services (training provided)
- Can-do attitude and genuine curiosity
- Enjoy being part of a supportive, team-oriented workplace
- High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members with warmth and care
- Identify financial needs and recommend helpful products and services
- Create exceptional experiences and lasting relationships
- Ensure each member interaction is complete and impactful
- Greet members with genuine warmth over the phone
- Have meaningful conversations to understand member needs
- Recommend products or services to support member goals
- Follow through and follow up on member inquiries and needs
- Balance transactions and document interactions
