Solarity Credit Union is seeking a full-time Financial Guide for our Selah Branch. No prior banking experience is needed. The ideal candidate is passionate about doing the right thing, enjoys working with people and technology, and has a stable work history. Requirements

• Experience in customer service or sales
• Ability to connect with people and provide outstanding experiences
• Comfort recommending helpful products and services
• A can-do attitude and genuine curiosity
• Enjoy being part of a supportive, team-oriented workplace
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Welcome and assist members with warmth and care
• Identify financial needs and recommend helpful products and services

• Offer helpful solutions based on each member's situation

• Balance transactions and complete daily tasks
