About The Position
The Financial Experience Advisor helps Clearview members achieve their financial goals by delivering personalized, high-quality service. The role educates members about products and services, identifies financial needs, and recommends tailored solutions. Advisors assist with accounts, loans, transactions, and digital tools while building relationships in person and by phone. They also represent Clearview at community and charity events. The position is based at the McMurray location, with additional opportunities at the Robinson and South Fayette locations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of customer service or financial experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and attention to detail.
- Open availability.
- Empathy, integrity, and a growth-oriented outlook.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of financial products and lending.
