The Financial Crime Risk Analyst I role involves delivering analytical support in oversight, advisory services, and control functions to Manager or Senior Manager. This position provides FCRM research, evaluation, operational, reporting, and analytical support to business (FCRM) partners in a timely manner. The role also coordinates requests to and from business (FCRM) partners, assists in preparing summaries, communications, reports, and presentations for management, regulators, and other stakeholders, and analyzes data as required. The analyst will coordinate tracking and reporting of FCRM function initiatives and programs, manage their workload to meet SLA requirements, and exercise discretion in managing confidential information. They will identify and manage risks, escalating non-standard or high-risk transactions. The role involves conducting reporting and analysis to assess the effectiveness of FCRM programs and policies, acquiring general knowledge in the FCRM discipline, and identifying and executing standard practices. Maintaining a culture of risk management and control, contributing to FCRM advisory activities, and staying abreast of emerging issues and regulatory requirements are also key aspects. The position requires adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Teamwork, positive work environment, knowledge sharing, and personal development are emphasized. The role requires specialized analysis, non-standard reporting, and operational support within FCRM, with a comprehensive understanding of products, services, processes, and systems. Problem resolution for escalated issues and adherence to defined parameters with management guidance are expected. Solid knowledge of the FCRM function, its interaction points, and regulatory requirements is necessary. Generally, this role reports to a Manager/Senior Manager.
