About The Position

Cascade Medical, located in beautiful downtown Leavenworth in the Cascade foothills of Central Washington, has an opening for an onsite Financial Counselor to join our dynamic Business Office team. The work schedule is anticipated to be Monday-Friday; 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. This position performs all tasks necessary to ensure accurate billing of Patients or Guarantors. It evaluates customer ability to pay and supplies appropriate solutions in conjunction with the credit policy of Cascade Medical Center. The role also involves verifying insurance information and following up with insurance companies to resolve any problems. Additionally, the Financial Counselor contacts guarantors and effectively collects patient balances in a friendly and timely manner. This is a safety sensitive position that will require a pre-employment drug screen, including testing for THC.

Requirements

• Onsite Financial Counselor
• Experience in a Business Office team
• Ability to perform tasks for accurate billing
