About The Position

As a Financial Counselor I, you will play a vital role in helping patients and their families navigate the financial aspects of their care. This includes providing clear explanations of billing processes, assisting with insurance verification, and creating a welcoming, informed experience during what can often be a stressful time.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Completion of Patient Financial Services Orientation program and required annual education
• Minimum of 2 years in a financial, business office, or customer service environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong typing skills
• At least 1 year of PC/Windows experience required
