About The Position
As a Financial Counselor I, you’ll be a vital support for our patients and families—helping them understand payment processes and guiding them through the financial side of care with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in financial, business office, or customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong typing skills & 1+ year of PC/Windows experience
- Completion of Patient Financial Services Orientation (or willingness to complete)
