The Financial Counselor I plays a crucial role in assisting patients and their families by providing clear explanations of payment processes and ensuring a comfortable experience throughout the financial aspects of their care.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Patient Financial Services Orientation program and annual educational requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a financial, business office, or customer service environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Typing skills
- At least 1 year of PC/Windows experience
