About The Position

CNY Fertility is a renowned fertility center offering advanced treatments like IVF, IUI, and egg freezing. With a patient-centered approach and cutting-edge technology, we support individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood. Our Financial coordinators will monitor our accounts and contact clients to set up payment plans, as well as post encounters and payments received from patients.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least one year of related experience and/or training; Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities

Monitoring customer accounts and assisting them with payment plans, deposits, and one-time payments.
Reaching out to customers to discuss their debts and payment options.
Posting payments and credits to customer’s billing ledgers.
Managing payment plans and refund operations.
Working with the Patient Correspondence team to handle incoming calls from patients with collections questions.
Performing other duties as assigned, consistent with the role and operations needs of the organization.
