About The Position

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience working in customer service, with customer accounts, medical billing, or equivalent.
• General knowledge of billing, accounts receivable, and payment processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Comfort using accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, finance, or a veterinary/medical setting is preferred.
• Experience in a veterinary facility and/or familiarity with veterinary terminology, medications, or procedures is a bonus.
