About The Position

This role is responsible for processing data, validating information, managing communications, monitoring accounting processes, and providing administrative support. The Financial Coordinator will interface with diverse teams, customers, and handle various financial functions. The position requires strong computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

  • 2 years of professional work experience
  • Strong Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Required)
  • Windows File Explorer (Files) – download, manipulate, organize, store, etc.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Web browsers
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Working across multiple screens and open applications
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Must be able to ask productive questions, problem solve, and drive solutions
  • Time management skills (Ability to prioritize, be proactive, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Directly process data such as initiating system interfaces, creating customer invoices, coding AP, etc.
  • Validate data manually or through automation
  • Manage multiple communication channels between operations and the back office
  • Monitor and reinforce accounting processes and internal controls
  • Review income statements to identify timing and posting issues for revenues and expenses
  • Interface with teams that are functionally and geographically diverse
  • Provide administrative support covering logistics, HR, and financial functions
  • Interface directly with customers, provide reports, and ensure billing rates are adjusted accurately
