FINANCIAL COORDINATOR, FCH - BUDGET AND FINANCIAL PLANNING
About The Position
Provides observations and interpretation of data and present findings to Leadership in the form that tells the story behind the analysis. The role also includes: monitoring of initiative success and providing insight and recommendations to improve success as necessary, develops system enhancements to improve financial planning and analysis systems and processes, acts as a business advisor, facilitating and oversight of financial modeling as part of new strategy or lookback on existing strategy and facilitate/oversee organizational processes/systems (process such as: Long-range plan, Capital Plan, Budget; system such as financial planning, financial analytics, Vizient).
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of finance experience in healthcare or healthcare related field.
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Health Care Administration is required.
Nice To Haves
- Masters degree is preferred.
