About The Position

RSM is seeking an experienced Manager to join its growing Finance as a Service (FAAS) practice. The role supports private equity-backed, technology, life sciences, and other high-growth companies as they scale their finance and accounting functions through growth, transformation, acquisitions, capital raises, and operational change. The Manager serves as a trusted client advisor, overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, process transformation, and finance function optimization. The position calls for knowledge of outsourced accounting environments, private equity operating models, technology-enabled finance processes, and the challenges facing emerging and growth-stage organizations. RSM describes its work environment as valuing both flexibility and in-person connection. Most roles follow a hybrid workstyle, with team members aligned to an RSM office and meeting in person when that supports clients, teams, development, or relationship-building. Some roles may be virtual or primarily on-site according to role requirements, team priorities, and client needs. The compensation range is $95,400–$192,000. Selected candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. RSM also offers a competitive benefits and compensation package; details are available through its total rewards information.
