About The Position

Join Orlando Health as a Financial Consultant at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, where your work directly supports life-changing care for women and newborns. This role supports strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting, partnering with leadership to drive decision-making through financial insights, modeling, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
• Four (4) years of experience in financial analysis and planning, accounting, reimbursement, public accounting, philanthropic accounting/finance or consulting
• Computer experience required with an emphasis on spreadsheet and database programs

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field may substitute for up to two (2) years of the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports
• Analyze KPIs and financial performance, identifying trends and risks
• Support business development and operational decision-making
• Collaborate across departments to align financial and organizational goals
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices
