About The Position
Overlake Medical Center & Clinics, located in Bellevue, Washington, is a regional nonprofit healthcare system comprising a 349-bed hospital and an expanding network of primary, urgent care, and specialty clinics. With annual revenues of $860 million, Overlake provides advanced, high-quality care to 200,000 patients annually and is recognized as a Best Regional Hospital by U.S. News & World Report and a Top 150 Place to Work in Healthcare by Beckers Hospital Review. Following its affiliation with MultiCare Health System, Overlake has become the flagship of MultiCare's new North Puget Sound Region, creating significant opportunities for investment in new programs and services. The Chief Financial Officer will be instrumental in evaluating these future opportunities and developing funding plans. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO and Executive Leadership Council to ensure robust financial stewardship, thereby sustaining Overlake's commitment to exceptional, compassionate care. This executive position demands a proven healthcare leader with passion, discipline, and deep expertise, focused on improving operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, care experience, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressively responsible finance experience
- A minimum of 5 years in healthcare finance leadership
- Demonstrated ability to drive financial accountability & reduce expenses
- MBA or MHA

Responsibilities
