About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Financial Consultant for our global banking client on a project basis. This contract role is hybrid in Charlotte, NC or New York, NY. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • 5+ years of relevant GSIB banking experience
  • Strong experience performing financial statement close activities
  • Ability to serve on-site at least 3-days a week
  • Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license strongly preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Analyze finance and accounting processes to support legal entity restructuring
  • Serve as liaison between company and specialists
  • Utilize project management skills to support business requirement gathering and implementation activities
  • Assist with data and entity management technology
