About The Position

The Financial Consultant Senior is responsible for providing financial analysis and preparing analysis of results for lines of business. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.

Requirements

BA/BS in accounting or finance
A minimum of 5 years budgeting, forecasting and accounting financial reporting experience
Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

Nice To Haves

Advanced Excel proficiency
MBA, CPA, CMA, FSA, and/or CFA

Responsibilities

Develops and manages detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and plans for the various products in the company
Produces clear, well-formatted reports in a concise, yet meaningful manner for various audiences
Develops and maintains financial reports to clearly communicate actual results and variances to plan, forecast and budget to department and business leaders
Supports monthly close process which includes summarizing and consolidating results versus budget and forecast, and providing commentary on variances
Works with management to provide decision support analysis
Conducts and documents complex financial and business related analyses and research fields including financial and expense performance
Focuses on business improvement initiatives and leads and directs projects
