Nice To Haves

  • Previous lending or financial services experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, personalized service in person, over the phone, or digitally - always focused on building trust.
  • Assist members with consumer loans, home equity products, credit cards, and more - from application to funding.
  • Open new accounts, update existing accounts, and ensure accuracy in all member transactions.
  • Identify members' needs and recommend the best credit union products, referring to specialists when necessary.
  • Educate members on their options so they can make informed financial decisions.
  • Help members navigate online banking and other self-service tools.
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations while keeping member information safe and secure.
