Nice To Haves

- Previous lending or financial services experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, personalized service in person, over the phone, or digitally - always focused on building trust.
- Assist members with consumer loans, home equity products, credit cards, and more - from application to funding.
- Open new accounts, update existing accounts, and ensure accuracy in all member transactions.
- Identify members' needs and recommend the best credit union products, referring to specialists when necessary.
- Educate members on their options so they can make informed financial decisions.
- Help members navigate online banking and other self-service tools.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations while keeping member information safe and secure.
