Requirements
- A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed financially.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. (Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!)
- Problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

- Previous lending or financial services experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Engage with Members: Provide friendly, personalized service in person, over the phone, or digitally - always focused on building trust.
- Loan Solutions: Assist members with consumer loans, home equity products, credit cards, and more - from application to funding.
- Account Services: Open new accounts, update existing accounts, and ensure accuracy in all member transactions.
- Product Recommendations: Identify members' needs and recommend the best credit union products, referring to specialists when necessary.
- Financial Guidance: Educate members on their options so they can make informed financial decisions.
- Tech Support: Help members navigate online banking and other self-service tools.
- Compliance & Security: Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations while keeping member information safe and secure.
