The Financial Coach will proactively and successfully meet individual sales and production goals, contributing to overall branch and credit union objectives. This role involves maximizing opportunities to grow member wallet share by recommending and referring cross-sell opportunities. The Financial Coach will assist members with account and loan needs, ensuring all required paperwork and system information is accurate and timely. Responsibilities include participating in monthly call night activities, recommending alternative solutions for members who may not initially qualify for loans or services, and complying with credit union policies and government regulations. This includes securely maintaining member information, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining confidentiality. The role also involves performing initial quality control assessments on documentation, assisting the Member Care Center during high call volumes, and demonstrating a positive attitude, respect, and exceptional team player qualities. Cultivating strong relationships with other credit union areas and fostering an exceptional culture within the branch and organization are key. Other tasks may be assigned.
