The Financial Coach will proactively and successfully meet individual sales and production goals, contributing to overall branch and credit union objectives. This role involves maximizing opportunities to gain and grow member wallet share, recommending and referring cross-sell opportunities, and assisting members with account and loan needs. The Financial Coach will ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and system information. They will participate in monthly call night activities through outbound calling efforts and recommend alternative solutions for members who may not initially qualify for loans or services. Compliance with credit union policies and government regulations, including secure maintenance of member information, is crucial. The role also involves performing initial quality control assessments on their own work, assisting the Member Care Center during high call volume periods, and demonstrating a positive attitude, respect, and exceptional team player qualities. Cultivating strong relationships with other credit union departments and fostering an exceptional organizational culture are key aspects of this position. Other tasks may be assigned.
