About The Position
HAPO Community Credit Union is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual to join their team as a Financial Center Teller in Hermiston, OR. This role requires embodying HAPO's core commitment "Be in the Moment" and standard of service "Defy Expectations" in interactions with members, the community, and the team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multi-tasking, written, and verbal skills, a basic understanding of math, the ability to handle stressful situations, and a keen attention to detail.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
- Experience in customer service, cash handling, or sales preferred
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist members with general account inquiries
- Identify additional products and services that may be beneficial to members
- Basic understanding of branch compliance and auditing
- Basic understanding of all products and services available for members
