About The Position
HAPO Community Credit Union is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual to join their team as a Financial Center Teller in Vancouver, WA. This role requires embodying HAPO’s core commitment “Be in the Moment” and standard of service “Defy Expectations” with members, the community, and the team. Ideal candidates will possess excellent multi-tasking, written, and verbal skills, a basic understanding of math, the ability to handle stressful situations, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
- Experience in customer service, cash handling, or sales preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist members with general account inquiries
- Identify additional products and services that may be beneficial to members
- Basic understanding of branch compliance and auditing
- Basic understanding of all products and services available for members
