About The Position

As a Financial Business Partner (Financial Reporting Analyst), you act as a financial resource for the corporate/granting area. You enjoy interpreting and analyzing financial data to assist managers in key decision-making processes. You find strengths in providing forecasting, budgeting and reporting to corporate finance. This role works closely with non-financial teams across the organization, so it calls for someone who is just as comfortable presenting to a room of program staff as they are building a financial model. You'll be the face of Finance to people who don't speak "finance" every day — as a liaison between corporate finance and programs, you handle concerns regarding any financial matters with clarity and confidence.

  • Can effectively work in a changing environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office software
  • Proven ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences with confidence and clarity
  • Comfortable presenting to program leaders, executives, and external stakeholders
  • Outgoing, approachable style that builds trust quickly with people outside of finance
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong partnerships
