We are seeking an experienced leader to join the Personal Lines Planning & Decision Support team and help shape how financial performance is analyzed, communicated, and acted on across the business. This role will partner closely with finance, actuarial, and business leaders to translate results, forecasts, and key drivers into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. We'll count on you to provide financial, informational, administrative, advisory and analytical services to senior leaders relative to the coordination and management of the transformation project/program portfolio. You'll develop and implement functional portfolio performance measures, track, analyze and communicate portfolio risk and performance. Requirements

  • Strong background in Property & Casualty insurance, with Personal Lines experience preferred
  • Prior people leadership experience with responsibility for managing and developing team members
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, performance management, planning and forecasting, actuarial, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly to senior leadership
  • Ability to work effectively across teams, influence partners, and operate successfully in an environment undergoing change
  • Undergraduate studies in finance, economics, accounting or statistics; advanced degree in financial field desired.
  • Technical insurance coursework desirable.
  • Typically, ten or more years of relevant experience related to accounting, finance, insurance or administrative business functions, with at least five years of management level experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, financial statement preparation, budgeting and financial analysis techniques, and related business operations.
  • Facility with GAAP and statutory accounting practices and insurance/financial service business requirements.
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative policies and procedures required.

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering high-quality performance management & analysis for the Personal Lines business
  • Provide insights that help leadership understand what is driving performance and where action is needed
