About The Position

As a Financial/Business Analyst, you will support the department’s financial operations and strategic decision-making. You will work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business growth and efficiency. Your work will contribute to the company’s financial health and overall success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
0–2 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create complex financial models.
Analytical mindset and a problem-solving approach to complex financial issues.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to present financial insights clearly.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fresh graduate with a passion for finance and a desire to make an impact in a dynamic industry.

Nice To Haves

Corporate-setting finance or accounting experience.
Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis and reporting, including variance analysis and forecasting.
Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and business cases to senior management.
Collaborate with departments to gather and interpret financial data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance.
Help develop and maintain financial models and tools to support decision-making.
Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and recommend ways to address business challenges.
Support budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Liaise with external auditors and provide financial information needed for audits.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
