About The Position

This position supports credit processes within Motorola Solutions’ Federal Credit Team. The analyst ensures accurate, timely invoicing and maintains billing records; investigates discrepancies among customer orders, invoices, and payments; and responds professionally to customer billing inquiries. The role collaborates with internal teams to troubleshoot errors and implement corrective actions, supports automation and process improvements, and ensures compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements. It also maintains documentation for audits and compliance reviews. The position is based in Chicago, Illinois, with a hybrid arrangement requiring work at the office one to two days per week. Travel is under 10%, and relocation is not provided. The target base salary range is $55,000–$65,000 USD. This is a new graduate position.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer work permit sponsorship is not available.
Detail-oriented.
Proven achievement in a high-energy environment.
Experience developing collaborative relationships.
Experience delivering presentations.
Proficient computer skills, with emphasis on Windows- or Google-based applications.
