Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a finance organization or relevant internship experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update monthly financial reports for internal finance reviews and team presentations.
• Assist with budget-versus-actual variance analysis across departments to identify key performance drivers.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including account reconciliations.
• Help maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making across the internal finance team.
• Compile data from multiple systems, such as SAP, payroll, and BI tools, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support financial audits by gathering documentation and responding to auditor requests.
• Support cross-functional finance projects through data gathering, report preparation, and follow-up on key deliverables.
