About The Position

The Financial Analyst is a member of Fidelity’s Finance and Transaction and Leasing Team and supports the Real Estate and Workplace Experience organization. The role supports expense management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of properties. It provides financial insights, promotes cost transparency, monitors budget adherence, and supports data-driven decision-making for real estate operations. The analyst also contributes strategic insights to inform business strategy, supports key initiatives, and measures and evaluates business performance through ongoing reporting and analysis. Success requires analytical ability, collaboration, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Finance, with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills and solid business and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience with PowerBI and Anaplan.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate concise information for executive decision-making.
• Ability to prioritize under pressure and take ownership and accountability for work.

• MBA or other advanced degree.
