About The Position

Alliance Global Group LLC is hiring a Financial Analyst to provide financial management and system support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The role supports Foreign Military Sales (FMS) financial execution, reconciliation, reporting, case closure, annual case reviews, delivery reporting, and decision support.

The Financial Analyst researches and resolves dormant commitments, Unliquidated Obligations, and FMS case or line discrepancies; develops expenditure data for delivery reporting in the Security Assistance Management Information System (SAMIS); and investigates financial and logistical system discrepancies for annual financial reviews. The role also performs delivery reporting technician duties and provides decision support through financial data research, extrapolation, modeling, and assessments.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Financial Analyst experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Proof of U.S. citizenship.
• Must be local; relocation assistance is not provided.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of data inputs into financial, logistical, and payment systems.
• Research and analyze funds reconciliation using data from Government database systems.
• Reconcile FMS cases and lines to confirm amounts are accurate and applied to the correct case.
• Perform delivery reporting technician duties for standardized and recurring accounting documents and transactions, as well as some non-standard transactions across accounting functions.
• Provide decision support services, research, financial data extrapolation, modeling, and assessments.
• Research and resolve dormant commitments, Unliquidated Obligations, FMS case or line discrepancies, and financial or logistical system discrepancies.
• Develop expenditure data for delivery reporting within the Security Assistance Management Information System (SAMIS).
• Support annual financial reviews and FMS case closure.
