About The Position

CSCI is looking for an innovative Financial Analyst to support a variety of cutting-edge projects and help drive impactful initiatives for a government agency’s CFO organization in a dynamic DoD joint command environment. As a key player in our team, you’ll help shape business processes, financial studies, and knowledge management activities, all while utilizing the powerful capabilities of SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and more!

Requirements

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Federal or DoW Security clearance
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in Budget Analysis, Financial Management, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Project Management, Software Development, or IT
At least 1 year of experience in any of the following areas: Budget Analysis, Financial Management, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Project/Program Management, Software Development, or IT
Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional presence

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree
Top Secret Clearance
Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, or PowerBI
HTML/Coding Experience
Strong Analytical Skills to turn complex data into clear insights
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
Past experience working with a Federal agency
Department of War experience is a plus!

Manage permissions, track tasks, and keep everything organized through updated SharePoint sites and reports.
