About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is seeking motivated students for its Quest Finance Leadership Development Program (QFLDP), a five-year program designed to build business knowledge and analytical skills in preparation for finance management roles. Participants receive immediate responsibility in a key finance area supporting a Quest business, region, or function, such as financial planning and analysis, strategic pricing, capital investment and analysis, treasury, or internal audit. Participants typically spend their first 24 months in one area, followed by two additional rotations over the next 12–24 months. The program provides business-critical experience and leadership exposure to develop well-rounded finance and business leaders. The role involves financial analysis, month-end reporting, and interpreting financial data for partners inside and outside Finance. Analysts use tools including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze large datasets and develop insights, contribute to business strategy and shareholder-value initiatives, and benchmark competitive position.
