Requirements

0-2 years or more of professional experience as Financial Analyst or Financial Consultant.
Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required

Responsibilities

Completing assignments in areas such as: commercial and supply-chain finance, financial planning and analysis, large capital projects and international development support
Finance lead on Datacenter projects from Development through Construction completion.
Develop Datacenter Campus budgets and associated cashflow forecasts.
Analyze and interpret construction cost data to ensure market consistency during the budgeting and general contractor selection process.
Partner with the Pre-Construction team to support the contracting process from a finance perspective.
Become a change management champion for post contract modifications.
Manage construction vendor invoice review process, ensure proper coding, and communication with accounts payable teams.
Including the responsibility for accurate month end accruals for the relevant construction projects.
