About The Position

A Financial Analyst who excels in this role: Coordinates with real estate, operations, and vendors on new and existing lease activity; maintains lease accounting records and monthly financial reporting; and reviews and reconciles financial statement impacts related to lease agreements. Supports in other areas of finance such as cash forecasting, debt covenant compliance, and other treasury/finance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or work experience in Accounting/Finance field in lieu of education).
  • 2+ years of experience in finance is required.
  • Must possess excellent communication and mathematical skills.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office) as indicated to support business objectives.
