The Financial Analyst is a key member of Eldora’s Finance and Accounting department, reporting to the Finance Director. The position is primarily responsible for overseeing financial processes in support of ongoing operations and may also assist in supporting various accounting processes. This position helps to coordinate the annual budget, forecasting, monthly close/reporting, inventory control, capital planning, reporting, and is responsible for ad-hoc analysis. The ideal candidate is motivated, self-directed, and comfortable presenting and collaborating with employees at all levels of the company. This role is primarily onsite. While there may be occasional opportunities to work remotely, candidates must be able to commute to Eldora most days.
