About The Position

The Financial Analyst will support FP&A & Operations through reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc analysis across multiple lines of business, driving actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. Supports the FP&A team with financial reporting, analysis, and planning activities across food & beverage operations, providing clear and actionable insights. Assists in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support operational and strategic decision-making. Executes detailed variance analysis by diving deep into source data to uncover root causes of deviations. Contributes to month-end close processes, including financial reviews, data validation, and management reporting support. Supports pricing, investment, and proforma analyses by gathering data, maintaining models, and summarizing results. Partners with cross-functional teams to respond to ad-hoc financial requests and operational inquiries. Helps develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to improve visibility into financial performance. Ensures accuracy and consistency of financial data while adhering to internal controls and reporting standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • Experience in FP&A, Accounting, or a related analytical role; relevant internship experience will be considered.
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Working knowledge of Accounting Principles
  • Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail & Data Integrity
  • Only local candidates (currently living in Michigan) will be considered for this role.
