About The Position

This position assists in analysis, investigation, and research activities that support the organization's financial planning needs. It contributes to the analysis, forecasting, modeling, and reporting of financial, economic, and operational data to help management make informed strategic and operational decisions.

The role assists with evaluating industry, economic, financial, and market trends to assess and forecast the organization's short-, medium-, and long-term financial and competitive position. Data may include revenues, expenses, costs, pricing, investments, cash flow, profitability, labor market trends, inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates.

The position may also support evaluation of the financial implications of proposed investments, initiatives, or other business transactions. Through data analysis and financial modeling, it helps provide senior leaders with information to compare alternatives and make decisions aligned with the organization's business objectives and financial goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Two years of experience in financial accounting, budgeting, and/or reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial analysis, investigation, and research activities that support organizational financial planning.
• Contribute to analysis, forecasting, modeling, and reporting of financial, economic, and operational data.
• Assist in evaluating industry, economic, financial, and market trends to assess and forecast the organization's financial and competitive position across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
• Analyze data such as revenues, expenses, costs, pricing, investments, cash flow, profitability, labor market trends, inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates.
• Support evaluation of the financial implications of proposed investments, initiatives, and other business transactions.
• Use data analysis and financial modeling to help senior leaders compare alternatives and make decisions aligned with business objectives and financial goals.
