About The Position

We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst for our Equipment Division located in Chicago, IL. The Financial Analyst provides support and analysis to the corporate finance team, particularly in the company’s financial reporting process and treasury functions. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
1-3 years’ experience in financial or underwriting field, construction background preferred
Experience in reading or interpreting financial statements
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial models, budgets, forecasts/reforecasts, and management reports
Assists with the organizational cash flow management and financial forecasting
Review the financial position of potential joint venture partners to ensure suitability as partners
Prepare monthly financial statements for distribution to ownership and senior staff
Assists with the preparation of the monthly corporate Report Card package
Responsible for all prequalification documents requiring financial information corporate-wide
