About The Position

As a Financial Analyst at Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in analyzing business performance, developing financial models, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This position requires strong analytical abilities, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership. You will contribute directly to business performance improvements, accurate forecasting, and strategic planning. You will collaborate with finance leadership, cross-functional teams, and senior management to ensure timely and accurate reporting of forecasts, business reviews, and analysis. This is a full-time onsite role located in Chandler, AZ. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex financial problems, and is highly detail-oriented.

Requirements

5 years of analytical experience in finance or accounting, preferably within an ERP environment (SAP, Cognos Analytics).
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
Proficient in Excel with strong financial modeling capabilities.
Strong understanding of financial forecasting and diagnosis.
Solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Strong reporting, presentation, and communication skills for interactions with senior management.
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
Collects, summarizes, and analyzes weekly and monthly financial forecasts to support business decisions.
Develops financial models to forecast business outcomes and profitability.
Analyzes daily sales, bookings, and ad hoc sales reporting to identify trends and insights.
Prepares quarterly business review materials for senior leadership.
Assists in preparation of the monthly business performance deck.
Prepares annual budget deck and quarterly profit forecast for the VP of Finance.
Supports trade case data requirements and prepares the monthly scorecard.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Maintains regular, predictable, full-time onsite attendance during scheduled hours.
