About The Position
The Business Office at Bryn Mawr Medical Specialist Association is in need of a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, will have a focus on financial analysis and internal business reporting with additional accounting responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Strong attention to details
- Analytically minded
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven and self-sufficient
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Sage, Ottimate, and ADP a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reporting
- Support in preparing monthly financial statements
- Perform financial analysis on revenue generated and expenses paid
- Own AP process surrounding drug expenditures
- Perform accounting responsibilities surrounding our real estate entity
- Perform bank account reconciliations
- Assist in the month-end close process including booking journal entries
- Assist in financial statement review
- Serve as a back-up for our current Accounts Payable Specialist
- Support Chief Financial Officer with analysis as needed
- Other responsibilities as required
