About The Position

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, performance analysis, and business intelligence initiatives. The role involves analyzing financial data, developing reporting tools, and providing insights to support business decisions. It is onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and no relocation is offered. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information effectively and work collaboratively across departments.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results, trends, and performance metrics to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial reporting activities.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform financial modeling, reconciliations, and variance analysis using advanced Excel.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support financial planning and reporting needs.
• Recommend improvements to financial reporting processes and tools.
