Requirements

• 2+ years of financial analyst experience with an operating company, of which 1-2 should be in commercial finance or variable compensation
• Prior experience with a publicly traded company preferred
• Experience presenting to executive management teams
• Experience in fast-change environments
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills; ability to work across all functions
• MS Office knowledge & advanced Excel skills required
• Salesforce knowledge required

• NetSuite knowledge helpful
• Database knowledge helpful

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales, Finance & HR to update annual compensation plan components and build annual quotas
• Lead the annual review, update and distribution of compensation plan documents
• Complete commission related month-end close activities, including preparation of accrual journal entries
• Prepare, maintain, and administer monthly and quarterly reports, calculations, and commission statements to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for commission related questions from Sales
• Proactively identify and advise on process and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with business leadership, Sales, Finance/Controllership, and Human Resources
• Support broader Commercial Finance activities as needed
