About The Position

Care Lync is seeking a Financial Analyst to help management make informed investment decisions by analyzing financial data and market trends. The role examines financial data, economic trends, and company performance to advise on business investments and overall financial strategy. The analyst develops financial reports for senior management, gathers industry research, collaborates with departments, and supports budgeting, variance analysis, strategic planning, and investment assessment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in interpreting numerical data, performing complex calculations, and using statistical models to forecast financial outcomes.
• Understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage and analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Outstanding communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex financial problems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, economics, accounting, statistics, or business administration.
• Up to 2 years of full-time experience in a career-based finance or accounting role.
