About The Position

The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting operations, maintenance, PO creation, and invoice processing to ensure they meet client contract requirements. This role collaborates with the Regional Operations Director, Assistant/Facility Manager, engineering teams, subcontractors, and the ISS team to ensure account obligations are met in accordance with approved operating guidelines and budget.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support operations, maintenance, PO creation, and invoice processing to meet client contract requirements.
  • Ensure account facilities are operated and maintained cost-effectively and safely in accordance with customer requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Communicate operating philosophy, objectives, and expectations to build the site team.
  • Maintain the operations budget for Office Service, Custodial, and Facility Maintenance operations in conjunction with the Assistant/Facility Manager.
  • Ensure facility statutory and regulatory compliance on site.
  • Optimize expenditures and profitability through sound business practices.
  • Maintain open communication with the customer, alliance partners, FM team, and operations managers.
  • Utilize internal systems for PO creation and invoice processing within provided guidelines.
  • Complete all training within the specified timelines.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client and vendors/landlords.
  • Create purchase orders for multiple sites and vendors, managing the order-to-cash process for assigned regions.
  • Create and assign above-base quotes when necessary and applicable, following up with feedback.
  • Ensure delivery on contract promises.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for improvement and best practices across the account using the global/local concept toolbox.
  • Meet deadlines for weekly, monthly, and annual responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the account.
  • Engage with Account Excellence Managers to ensure a steady flow of best practice sharing.
  • Increase customer loyalty and satisfaction through service excellence.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.
  • Follow safety protocols, maintain environmental responsibility, and uphold quality standards.
  • Actively participate in HSEQ training and report potential hazards or compliance concerns.
